My sweet Pellu, It feels like just yesterday we saw each other for the first time. You were always so you, so unique, so full of life… so Pellu. I truly believe you chose us. You were such a good dog, and everyone loved you because your soul was so pure, so kind. Thank you, my Pellu, for all the love you gave. Thank you for being by my side when I needed it most, and for always greeting me at the door with that joy only you had. I walk through the park and I can still hear your collar jingling, picture you jumping with all four paws in the air, running as fast as you could. You truly had a beautiful life, and you made ours so, so happy. The house feels empty without you. But just like your life was full of beauty, your final moments were too, your last act of love will always stay in a special place in my heart. You were never afraid. You were calm, peaceful, surrounded by music and flowers. Thank you for lighting up my life. Thank you for helping me grow, for showing me that the love we have for animals is one of the purest and most beautiful feelings there is.
